SKYLINE MANSION（兴耀·天泱雅筑）

The project is a hotel style apartment in a comprehensive high-end residential area. It is located in Wulin residential area, close to the subway station and only 2km away from the sports park. There are many CBD around the project, and life is also quite convenient. The architectural design of the project integrates the tenderness of Hangzhou local culture. Under the guidance of the concept of " Breaking the limits of style", the designer takes Mondrian's works as the design inspiration and uses neat lines to outline multiple aluminum plate frames. The exquisite golden door head of the building shows a slight bronze color. Under the sunshine, the blue architectural Glass Screen Wall echoes this, showing a glittering Bulgari luxury style.

At the same time, inspired by the classic works of Bulgari Hotel, in the landscape design, we integrate the elegance of Greek civilization with the freshness in Hangzhou, and creatively put forward the theme of " Exquisite and Artistic Lifestyle

" - Taking elegance as the core concept and inheriting the classics, so as to create a community landscape with the same quality as Bulgari hotel. The overall design adopts Singapore style, aiming to create natural beauty in order. Therefore, we introduce large gardens into the square and combine local plants to create an effective and beneficial living environment, so as to achieve the symbiotic relationship between the city and nature. In the design, we try to transition from the semi-open corridor space to the forest space with a wide view, so that people can fully enjoy the pleasure of walking and feel the boundless, immersive and artistic activity space. In addition, in terms of landscape materials, we choose pure and stable stones and luxurious and gorgeous metals. These two materials are used together to set off the tranquility of the central waterscape and the brilliance of the sapphire blue sculpture, showing a luxurious and elegant style of Bulgari as a whole.
