Xuanbeef Hotpot

Fresh Beef Hotpot is traditional street food from Tainan, the oldest city in Taiwan. Located in central Taipei City, this project is a transformation from a beloved street food eatery into a modern hotpot restaurant.

Hotpot is popular in Taiwan not only because of the food but because of the lively atmosphere in which it is served. This restaurant design aims to use sustainable materials to combine traditional and modern elements while maintaining the lively atmosphere of a hotpot eatery.
