The restoration of this 3 storey house to accommodate a three-generation family of 8 sees the design team retrofit the interior spaces based on the concept of boutique hospitality - where every en-suite bedroom is designed to offer a distinct personality and intimate experience for each family member - while catering to individual functional requirements. Each room is made bespoke, yet every one adheres to one unifying scheme.

The ground level, which houses a bar, entertainment room and dining hall, functions as the main communal hub of activities and a gathering place for family interactions. The suites on the second and third levels can be accessed via a private lift or spiral staircase.

Respecting the architectural heritage of this decades-old building which is designed in a Victorian style, many original architectural elements are retained and restored. New additions are curated to establish ties as close to the original style of the building as possible.
