Perfect Skyline Demonstration Area

Perfect Skyline is a modern residential property in Jining, Shandong, China. G&K designed the sales center as a natural and harmonious landscape-style building to create a garden-style space and emphasize the panoramic and immersive life aesthetic scene. As a display space to visit, appreciate, and live, the demonstration area fully embodies the high-quality living atmosphere and spiritual pursuit, allowing visitors to immerse themselves in it and baptize with nature. With oriental gardening elements, the design concept is expressed through modern techniques and materials, skillfully integrates multi-level changes, and creates a demonstration area with a deep sense of space.

The interior design extends the building to ensure the integrity of the entire space logic. Therefore, the whole interior space adopts modern techniques to interpret traditional oriental etiquette and uses modern materials to convey the oriental meaning of the space. The layout uses gardening techniques to integrate ancient architectural elements such as pavilions, terraces, buildings, and pavilions. The whole space is unfolded like a long scroll of Chinese painting, with different views step by step, without being blocked, realizing the integrated design of architectural landscape and interior.

The project fully mobilizes people's perception and attracts people's imagination by creating a rich atmosphere experience. Therefore, rather than a sales center, the project is more like a vivid and luxurious life aesthetics pavilion that brings more or less emotional resonance and spiritual sustenance to every visitor in it. Following the principle of ecology and nature, the wall adopts large areas of wood veneer and fabric covering; some metal details make the space wild and elegant with exquisite details. The dark wood decoration and the display of ornaments with artistic value make the entire project settle down and return to tranquility. Finally, the original design concept was well interpreted in the project, which has won high satisfaction feedback from the client.
