Jinmao Nanchang Wangyuehu Jinmao Residence

The Jinmao Wangyuehu Residence project is located in the west part of Jiulong Lake, Xinjian District, Nanchang City.

The overall shape of the model area is square and straight, and the design is embedded with the core idea of the House, combining Nanchang's ancient city culture, natural landscape and modern urban lifestyle to present a classical form of architectural sentiment.

The main building of the demonstration area is based on the block, introducing the classical courtyard rituals, with symmetrical layout on both sides, front and back, and connected by connecting corridors on the outside to form an enclosed courtyard, completing the modern Chinese style architectural group of inner courtyard + central axis + gable corridor.

The landscape style of the inner courtyard between the buildings is derived from the landscape scenery of the local Nanchang Jiangnan gardens. The design draws water into the garden and intersperses the landscape space between the main buildings and their eaves corridors, forming nine courtyard spaces of "large pearls and small pearls falling into a jade tray".

The architecture is symmetrical and square, while the landscape is free to extend. The rigidity of the architecture and the softness of the water and wood are mutually complementary, and the rigidity and softness complement each other. The corridor, the front and the middle courtyard are enclosed as an open space, between one enclosure and one closure, within one courtyard and one hall, the four waters return to the hall, and the core converges, which is the cultural heritage of a thousand years of collection.

With poetry and scenery, the "Oriental House" and the "Nine Realms of One Garden" are integrated with each other, guiding the interaction between people and space, from which the future quality of life can be experienced.
