The designer responsible for this stunning abode has gone above and beyond to ensure that the homeowner's every need is met. By incorporating a high table, chairs, and bar, the designer has taken into account the owner's height, aligning with ergonomic principles to create a space that is not only aesthetically pleasing but also entirely functional. Additionally, the residence boasts state-of-the-art smart devices, ensuring that the residents’ needs and expectations are not only met but exceeded. It is essential to note that the plan was a collaborative effort between the designer and the owner, who provided a DIY space to personalize the residence to their liking. This level of attention to detail and personalized touch is what sets this residence apart from the rest, making it truly one-of-a-kind.



Upon stepping into the space, one will be greeted with a tasteful blend of modern and light industrial styles, all beautifully presented within a neutral color scheme. Notably, the dust area is marked by the black, white, and gray hexagonal tile flooring, which serves to distinguish it from the public area. The side panels, in particular, are a clever design feature that not only provides ample space to hang clothes and accessories but also conceals the electrical box effectively. Additionally, the shoe cupboard is a temporary but practical storage solution that ensures shoes are kept in optimal condition without affecting the overall aesthetic of the space. Moving into the public area, one will notice that the open layout is a marvel of design, seamlessly integrating the living room with the dining area. This creates a spacious environment that residents can use to carry out various activities. The kitchen, on the other hand, is separated from the public area by a sliding glass door. This design feature is particularly useful as it effectively prevents fumes from spreading, giving residents a comfortable living experience. It is also noteworthy that the sliding glass door is made of gray glass as well as moru glass, with lines that lend a sense of layering to the overall design of the space.
