It can be regarded as a unique living carrier for the OCT luxury residential area. Designer Hu Chenghao (Howard Hu) created a living aesthetic orchestra for the owner, breaking through the inherent definition of a luxury house, and presenting a modern luxury home aesthetic that combines natural environmental protection, life fun, and artistic charm. Its core design philosophy aims to balance aesthetics and function, and use rigorous thinking, solid expertise, and exquisite craftsmanship to create a perfect and exquisite space.

The living room design mainly relies on the unique natural environment of the surrounding area, which is integrated into the interior, and the color and materials of the furniture are also taken into account to restore the true authenticity of nature. The designer believes that the interior space is not independent from the outside world, but regards it as the continuation of the surrounding natural culture and architecture, and a glimpse of life in the space. The atmosphere of the living room is like floating light and fluttering, and the emerald decoration is speckled with gold marks and cypress shadows. Fiction and reality are turning, and guided by the light, people seem to have a sense of the winding path leading to a hidden spot. The chairs are selected from a niche Italian handmade brand, while the floor tiles are entirely made of naturally mined and wild luxurious gray-blue stones, which shines brightly with the Swan Lake that can be seen from the window.

The corridor area breaks the barriers between human architecture and nature, and explores the human heart through the duality of architectural space. In the design of the study space, the designer completely abandoned the old, very figurative lines, and loved to create a space with culture and quality, combining the gifts of nature with the luxury of space, and bringing a natural and luxurious spatial texture to the home. The precious ore pattern and unique texture design highlight the natural mystery of the metal. The furniture and marble are cleverly balanced, showing a relaxed and noble texture, just like the cultural context of Shenzhen itself.
