Deviating from traditional design norms, this project showcases profound ingenuity in creating a modern, light industrial-style design. The goal is to imbue the space with abundant functionality, smooth movement flow, and a comfortable layout. By employing materials to address spatial challenges and imbue a textured ambiance, the design not only fulfills the homeowner's needs but also provides an opportunity to enjoy a comfortable life. The outcome is a home where occupants can immerse themselves in warm, comforting, and naturally pleasant moments with their families.

At the entrance foyer, a pegboard on the wall becomes the visual centerpiece, offering versatile customization to showcase individual styles while providing functional storage. Furthermore, the distribution box is discreetly hidden within a wood-grain cabinet. In the kitchen area, a waist-level window is specifically designed to improve ventilation and bring more brightness into the space. Employing a design approach that pushes the primary living space inward expands the garage area, resulting in a generous area that caters to various lifestyle needs.

In the living room, the TV wall is composed of marble-patterned mirror panels, ceramic tile wallpaper, gray mirrors, and tawny-colored mirrors, complemented by an appliance cabinet made of system boards, creating a modern, light industrial ambiance throughout the public area. Additionally, recycled plastic wood embellishes the living room, bathroom, and bedroom, adding visual depth and allowing color tones and textures to seamlessly blend and extend throughout the space. In the kitchen, KD-painted panels and stone-textured moisture-resistant wall decor panels are employed to cultivate a warm and refined ambiance.

While focusing on design, the design team also strongly emphasizes environmental sustainability. This is accomplished by incorporating eco-friendly building materials such as system panels and wood plastic composites and integrating LED lighting. These choices not only contribute to establishing an ideal quality of life within the space, enhancing a textured ambiance, but also actively support energy efficiency and conservation. This approach authentically reflects a strong sense of responsibility towards the environment and a dedication to fostering a positive and profound lifestyle.
