About The Entry

Project Overview:

The Hangzhou Shidai Binjiang Danfeng Four Seasons project is located in Binjiang District, Hangzhou City. It adopts a fully high-rise enclosed layout to minimize the sight obstruction between buildings, and has become a residential model in East China.

Planning and Design:

The project uses the spatial configuration of "enclosure" to consider the trend of residential development, forming a super-large inward central courtyard. It constructs an inward, safe, hierarchical, and rich living space within a perceivable range, combining squares, pavilions, lawns, pavilions, and more. Through the overall layout of the building, it ensures that each household has the best landscape orientation, ensuring the best experience for residents.

Deconstruction Design:

The architectural monomer is a modernist design expression that is concise and powerful. The middle section is dominated by comfortable horizontal lines, and the podium uses the weightiness of natural stone to "stabilize" the base. The architectural monomer uses soft metal lines to outline delicate edges, extending all the way to the roof, creating a rigorous and innovative asymmetric facade order. It is also hoped that the glass curtain wall and the nearby Qiantang River will form a deconstruction pattern that echoes each other, reflecting the sky from the glass to echo the river separated by a river, disappearing the building in the entire environment, as if it is an oasis in the city center, forming a self-generated order.
