The walls are covered in limestone powder mineral paint. Some may think it
looks dull and uneven, but the owners, running their fingers on such walls
brings them back home where such white grey stones are abundant.
Matched with travertine and wood furnishing, a space is built for someone
ready to embrace new with nostalgia.
Although the ground area is not big, it is sufficient for a couple. Although it
is sufficient, it could be made to feel larger and have a sense of spaciousness.
This is made possible through walls and pillars that extend visualization
and openness. Furnishing and deco are kept minimal or intentionally chosen
to keep clean lines and span. Intricately positioned displays and shelves in
the living area allows the owners to place chosen crystals and meditation
tools.
Situated at a relatively high floor, even with a small balcony area, we get the
chance to explore the possible to pushing the borders of home. The
balcony’s floor is set with similar colors and finishing looks to match the
inner area, blurring the line of being in and out effortlessly.
Large floor windows with meticulously placed large mirrors let natural light
to spill into various areas, extending the home infinitely. Mirrors have
always been a little sensitive in the culture of the new place that the couple
chose to settle in. Extra effort was made to ensure that good fengshui is in
play as we want to them to enjoy the new nest for many days to come.
Unlike conventional homes with shared shower rooms and toilets, this
apartment has two toilets for each person’s private use. A common sink area
