CR LAND - ZHENGZHOU XINGFULI open space

XINGFULI is located in the central area of Jinshui District, Zhengzhou, where modern urban vibrancy meets leisurely elegance amidst natural landscapes. The design of this project aims to break the boundaries between urban and natural environments, creating a tranquil and pure urban oasis for the owners.
After careful planning, the design team transformed the ground floor of some buildings in XINGFULI into open space, divided into different functional areas with a variety of facilities, aiming to connect users of all ages and shape a multi-dimensional community aesthetic.
From the entrance lobby to the homecoming, the owners are greeted with a color scheme mainly in black, white, and beige, accented with touches of gold and green, cleverly interpreting a sense of luxury and naturalness throughout the space. The functional areas of the open space fully consider the various needs of owners of all ages. From the entertainment and growth area designed for children, to the leisure area designed for young adults, and finally to the neighborly heartwarming area with age-friendly design, integration of various functions such as entertainment, socializing, sports, and health care is achieved, allowing owners to truly feel a sense of belonging at home.
Furthermore, the landscape design surrounding the open space follows the ecological concept of "integrating natural aesthetics". The design team introduces green landscapes from the natural world into the community, making the open space a link between humanity and nature. This allows owners to elegantly stroll through the landscape, experiencing the changing seasons and rhythms of nature.
