To define a vacation home, the designer adopted laminated wood flooring and timber façade to shape a solid, dark, dominant tone. An antique finish viscount white granite slab, sand-textured paint, and curved shelving coordinated with a travertine stone TV wall contribute to the tranquility of Mother Nature. Additionally, the open planned public space accommodates gatherings and allows the homeowners to care for other family members in different areas. Besides, the work team initially included a smart home automation system to implement lighting and ambiance control, energy and air quality management, etc., facilitating convenient living.

The project incorporates diverse lighting fixtures and exquisite furniture to reveal optimal quality. At the entryway, the indirect lighting design inspired by REIL renders an inviting atmosphere with elegant radiance. Besides, one lighting line goes straight to the end of the TV wall, and the other presents an L-shape extending to the kitchen door. It is a stately approach to expand the space inch by inch. Furthermore, a water vapor fireplace and orange furnishings lead your sight to the accent feature with the pendant lights. Light and shadow staging presents nifty focal points one by another.

Considering elders and young children, the accessible flooring and F1-graded green building materials collaboratively create a barrier-free and non-toxic home. On the balcony with artificial lawn and exterior furniture, family members can relish a beautiful seaside view from the high building, benefitted by the location close to the harbor.
