Xinyuan · Taihu Health City is a comprehensive health industrial city with a total construction area of about 2 million square meters, with the core of the tertiary general hospital and the rich tourism and holiday resources of Taihu Lake Tourism Resort. It integrates medical services, health care, elderly care, cultural tourism and health education.

Taihu Chun Base is located in the center of Health City, close to Xinda Hospital on the north side, parks and clubs on the west side, and residential areas and Sakura Island villas on the east and south sides. It is surrounded by water on three sides, especially in the southwest, occupying a wide central lake view. The surrounding original ecological natural environment is richly endowed by nature, which is especially suitable for old-age care. The plot, hospital and residence together build a complete old-age care system.

According to the characteristics of the elderly community of the project, the planning takes the multi-level enclosed courtyard as the starting point to plan the entire space, forming a planning structure of two axes, two districts and nine courtyards.

We consider an east-west functional axis, from east to west, followed by suitable for the elderly hotel area (short-term stay), holiday apartments for the elderly (medium-term), service apartments for elderly (long-term) and nursing homes. According to the different health level of the patients, the specific functions corresponding to the different needs of nursing services were given.
