PLATLUXE

PLATLUXE , situated in Chongqing's Konggang area, encompasses 14 plots to be developed across seven phases. It is surrounded by eight renowned schools, over a million square meters of commercial space, four large parks, and international medical facilities. The sixth plot is the third phase of the overall development.
Comprising 15 high-rise residential towers ranging from 17 to 18 stories, the project also includes a range of supporting amenities, with an overall layout in a North-South orientation. A grand central courtyard garden is the heart of the design, connected to two secondary-scale cluster gardens, creating a main landscape axis and a series of courtyard landscapes that establish a spatial sequence with a pronounced sense of hierarchy. The integration of ribbon-like green spaces with block-style residences creates an exceptional living environment where nature and habitation are harmoniously intertwined, aspiring to provide a premium living experience to every household, ensuring a serene and vibrant lifestyle. In the central part of the plot, four buildings feature elevated ground floors, that seamlessly integrate the internal landscape system, offering an expansive view and enhancing the living experience. These elevated floors are designed with various activity themes to meet the diverse needs of residents for activities, hosting guests, and resting, accommodating different age groups and fostering greater neighborhood communication and interaction.
The architectural style is distinctly modern, with the dynamic interplay of building volumes sculpting an asymmetrical façade, highlighting a space expression that is both simple and grand. The main color scheme is a soft light beige, complemented by a gray undertone, with a vibrant light champagne accent at the base and top, infusing the structure with vitality and adding a sophisticated finishing touch to the overall design.
