Minmetals Plaza

The project is located in Changsha, Hunan Province, one of the important cities in central China. The project is located on the important river side of the city, with full river view. The height of the adjacent buildings is about 200 meters, the high image of the city skyline, the height of the project is 242.15 meters, and it is positioned as the high-end corporate headquarters and Grade A office buildings of the whole city.
The design team skillfully uses the advantages of the natural landscape of the project location, takes the international office design trend as the guide, combines the cultural characteristics of Minmetals and Changsha, integrates modern, scientific and technological, humanistic and green elements into the space, and creates a new office building for the core area of Changsha. The lobby space has a 13.5-meter-high ceiling that provides open views and plenty of natural light. The design team cleverly optimised the space to make the lobby more open and unobstructed. In addition, by coordinating with the external landscape and water features, the lobby is more harmoniously integrated into the outdoor environment, creating a coherent and unified atmosphere.
