The core challenge of this product was balancing a seamless generate-and-edit experience with user control, especially for novice creators. We refined interaction patterns, minimized editing friction, and improved granularity of AI-generated outputs. This led to a multi-level editing system, enabling users to seamlessly navigate through project management, scene structuring, script refinement, and detailed scene-by-scene adjustments. Users can preview images, regenerate individual scenes, move effortlessly between scenes, and merge them into a cohesive video—all within a streamlined workflow.
A key design innovation was the AI Script Assistant which enhances the experience by offering contextual guidance on prompt refinement, helping users craft more effective inputs for scene generation. By integrating smart suggestions and real-time feedback, this tool empowers creators to achieve higher-quality outputs with minimal trial and error.
Real-Time Storyboard Feature, which enables users to visualize AI-generated scenes in a dynamic, interactive timeline. This approach streamlines the editing experience, allowing for rapid iterations and intuitive adjustments without disrupting the creative flow.
