Guangzhou Urban Investment • Talent No.1

This project is a collaboration between GZCCI Group and a world-class design team, blending Eastern civilization with Western culture to reinterpret the new essence of Cantonese culture. Located in the core area of Guangzhou’s CBD International Financial City, it is the only river-view, pure large flat-floor building in the area, gathering the global forces of economy, finance, technology, and culture. It’s a hub for the convergence of finance, technology, and art in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, and with its “Guangzhou OLD MONEY” style, it also promotes the fusion of Cantonese culture with the cosmopolitan lifestyle, becoming a city landmark and an embodiment of ultimate luxurious living.

The designers skillfully merge historical and modern elements, drawing inspiration from the Shanghai-style culture and blending classic and contemporary aesthetics to present a unique fusion of retro and modern styles. The entrance hall, with its luxurious 1920s-1930s photo wall, leads to a space that connects the entrance and the living room through translucent marble. The 270° river view and the natural purple mountain marble feature wall amplify the grandeur of the space. The interior features globally branded furniture crafted from wood, leather, and velvet, creating a luxurious atmosphere, while soft tones of ivory and vintage brown enhance the overall sense of quality.

The project includes social spaces such as a golf room, cigar room, wine cellar, and private dining room, all with an expansive layout and public areas exceeding 50 meters, capable of hosting diverse social interactions. The design integrates arched shapes, marble inlays, and walnut tones, creating a refined atmosphere reminiscent of classic British and French hotel styles. With the historical backdrop of the Pearl River and the cultural ambiance of the Guangzhou Art Museum, this space is an exceptional blend of art, social life, and luxury living.
