The experience begins with Flo, an empathetic AI companion who helps users understand and visualize their emotions. Flo encourages users to talk through their stressed thoughts while analyzing and visualizing positive and negative emotions as interactive 3D bubbles. Through intuitive hand gestures, users can poke these bubbles and open portals into a virtual environment, tackling their emotions both visually and physically. This transitions seamlessly into a guided meditation phase, featuring calming breathing exercises, soothing animations, and interactive elements like growing auroras and nurturing trees to promote mindfulness and relaxation. This brief break helps users carry a sense of peace with them for the rest of the day.
