This project is located in Tanghui Street, Jiaxing City, Zhejiang Province, with a total area of approximately 13,459 square meters. The project is adjacent to the street on the north side and surrounded by water on three sides, offering a peaceful environment amidst the hustle and bustle of the city. The entire site is divided into two parts, the east and the west: the western part is a cultural relic protection area, preserving the precious ancient tea garden that was personally planted by the garden owner, the Zhang family, and their students 300 years ago; the eastern part is planned as a small-scale exquisite urban park, which includes a two-story cultural exhibition hall.

The core design concept is "Using tea as a medium to traverse the garden contexts of ancient and modern times". It is committed to creating the only exquisite urban park in Jiaxing City that features tea culture and historical heritage, highlighting the spiritual and cultural connotations of Jiaxing. By deeply exploring the rich historical and cultural stories and spiritual connotations of the Zhang Family Tea Garden, the forms of expression and the appeal of cultural elements in the garden landscape are enhanced. At the street-facing interface on the north side of the project, the design skillfully incorporates the characteristic rhythms of the Jiangnan water town, forming an urban interface that "connects the ancient and the modern and separates the dynamic and the static". This not only effectively links the city with the historical tea garden but also cleverly achieves the division of dynamic and static spaces.

The overall layout is smooth and natural, coherent, with winding paths leading to secluded places, just like the tea leaves slowly unfurling in clear water, presenting a gentle and delicate garden artistic conception. The white streamlined urban sculpture set in the park artistically condenses the historical waterway from Shaoxing to Jiaxing. It is as if the ink of history slowly seeps into the garden, writing a touching cultural picture scroll, further enhancing the cultural appeal and landscape artistic expression of the park.
