“Hail AI Assistant – Salma” is the first interactive robot in Saudi airports powered by voice-activated and visual artificial intelligence technologies.
A dedicated application for the robot was developed to provide a smart and user-friendly interface, alongside an internal content management platform that allows real-time updates, ensuring visitors always access accurate and reliable information about Hail.
Through this initiative, Hail Airport became the first airport in Saudi Arabia to activate AI for travelers, combining cutting-edge technology with the cultural identity of the region, and positioning the Kingdom as a leader in innovation and digital transformation.
