Concept of ‘Simplicity’ runs through the design, whereby monochromatic hues, material selection and consideration of space flow each plays a critical part. In the context of established building structure and conditions, the process underwent intricate measurements and inspections to regenerate a human-oriented space which not only suits the dwellers’ need but also shines of aesthetic charm.

All storage functionalities are kept out of sight, contributing to visual harmony and spatial coherence. Large-scale windows, interior transparency and openness further encourage dialog with outdoor greenery and natural surroundings. When bathed in ever changing light and shades, the expressions of a lively space are never dull.
