The designer wanted to bring out the delicacy of the model house; therefore, neat modern elements are used in many ways for decoration. Steady greyscales are applied as the vital tonal of this space. By using materials in the same tonal, the area is filled with rich layers. Unlike model houses that value the exterior appearance, this design not only focused on the interior style but also considered users’ living functions; this is a space that combines both aesthetic and functionality. The crucial consideration was to create a residence for a family to relax and rest; therefore, the users' health is primarily considered in advance through the material selections. The basic materials are all applied with a non-toxic standard and low-formaldehyde paint; the materials will not bear a burden during construction while giving a healthy and relaxing living environment for the household members. A broad, transparent, and rustic sense can be felt as one steps into this space. The overall is designed with the delicacy of model houses; materials in shades of grey are used in many ways. At the same time, the interior is designed in a modern style; the initial four-room spatial is turned into a 3+1 arrangement to expand the space visually. Furthermore, the selection of the furniture is paired with artistic lightings to create a sense of generosity; the designer has created a space that emits the glorious feeling of a luxury lounge.
