GHD - Nansha Wan Investment Center

GHD - Nansha Wan Investment Center is located at the tip of Lingshan Island, the start-up area of Mingzhu Bay in Nansha New District, Guangzhou, which is a key planning and construction pilot area for financial and business development in Nansha District. The site is proposed to be built as the headquarters of Guangdong Hai Nansha, the headquarters of the Pearl River Delta Water Resources Allocation Project built by Guangdong Hai Group, a major water conservancy project of the Group's family and an important infrastructure in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, and Yuehai Group's urban complex headquarters office as a whole to recreate a regional benchmark.

The project incorporates the three design concepts of Mobius Circle, Deconstruction and Restructuring, and The Future is Here, to re-arrange the pulse of the region and space, to integrate business and humanities, and to reflect them in the space, to create a modern and high-end innovation experience for the investment center to redefine the composition of space, and to create a ceiling-level Grade A space with infinite possibilities and reveries.
