Guangji·Caiyunli

Guangji Caiyunli is an art business center integrating retro, art, creativity and commerce. It is located at No. 128 Shulin Street, Kunming, close to the famous Jinma Biji Fang, Jinri Building, East and West Temple Pagodas, and Dongsi Street. It brings traditional art and contemporary art, local culture and foreign culture, simple creative space and relaxing and fashionable consumption space together, coexisting and forming the most distinctive and dynamic art community in Kunming.
On the original site of Kunming Rubber Factory built for nearly 60 years, adhering to the concept of protection, renovation and reuse of old buildings, we invited well-known architectural designers from Italy to re-plan and design the original buildings according to the future urban lifestyle and the emotional world, and endue architectural art, creativity and fashion elements. We strive to restore the original building materials, colors, and ecology. The volumes of all buildings naturally generate a landscaped place. The originally closed factory area has become an open block.
The project is expected to use the function of the building in the next few decades, design and select the facilities and equipment of the building, build a garage and civil air defense facilities on the second underground floor, and lay groundwater, electricity, gas pipelines, communication cables, sewage treatment and other infrastructure in each building. Advanced facilities and equipment such as electrical system.
Environmental performance and sustainability are mainly considered in the architectural design process. Through the use of natural light and the application of thermal insulation materials, the consumption and waste of electrical energy in buildings can be reduced, and light energy can be converted into electrical energy and heat energy. By optimizing walls and glass facades, the building's sound insulation and heat insulation capabilities are increased, outdoor noise pollution and the load of heating and cooling air conditioners are reduced, the sustainable development of the city is facilitated, and resources are maximized.
