Longfor Qingneng Tianyi

The project is located in the Binjiang Cultural Business District of Wuchang Inner Ring, adjacent to the Yangtze River. The most familiar image is the yacht. The building volume is evolved from the concept of "yacht".

The façade of the building abstracts the softness of the curve of the Wuhan river, creating a contoured shape with a sense of flow and rhythm. The head of the building is inclined at 20°, which is very dynamic; the curved aluminum plate of the façade, the crescent-shaped perforated plate and the rear of the building The 3-level setback shape, combined with the mirrored waterscape, the environment and sunlight are gently reflected in, creating a sense of continuity and transparency.


The rear of the building is set back layer by layer, forming an internal and external interactive space like a yacht terrace. The first floor of the building is the reception area, the exhibition area, the negotiation area, the children's entertainment area, the water bar, and the office area; the second floor is the model area and property office; the third floor is the model area and private banquet. After the end of the sales cycle, the building will be used as a community club, enhancing public interaction functions and providing a spatial experience that blends indoors and out.
