Digital Finance Diversification

As the client is a digital financial business unit, the designer used orange and white as the main color to create a lively and energetic atmosphere. The colors make the space appear diversified without losing its professionalism. Meanwhile, the project is presented as an open workplace with a lounge for staff to relax. In addition to the open workplace for the general staff, the designer also planned the personal offices and meeting rooms for the supervisor, taking into account both openness and privacy. The epidemic has caused considerable life changes, and work styles have also changed. During the epidemic era, there were alternate work and work-from-home models. The designer responded to the changes with an open design and worked with the client to create multiple work styles. Through an open plan and flexible management of seats, the office is no longer limited to one seat for one employee to realize the concept of a shared office. In this plan, both work efficiency and space utilization can be significantly improved. As for the office furniture, the long table in the lounge can be adjusted according to the needs. It can be used as a meeting table for group discussion and can be flattened against the wall when more space is needed. Moreover, the table is equipped with pulleys, so it is easily moved. On the other hand, the flooring has a cool color tone that can visually and psychologically soothe emotions and allow people in this space to conduct their business in a calm and organized manner. Meanwhile, the ceiling is from the original mineral fiber board but adding wallpaper increases the visual richness and contrast with the flooring, giving the space a variety of styles.
