With a land area of 8,218 square meters, a total construction area of 36445.38 square meters, a total of 26 stories, and a building height of 107 meters, the project is located in Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province. It serves as the Fuchunjiang Group's headquarters. The plan focuses on study on corporate features, spatial quality, and city image, based on the uniqueness of its location and role. The design initially unites the building podium and the tower as a whole, forming a dynamic and technological architectural image through the circulation and interweaving of the shape, which is enhanced by the contrast of the two types of glass materials and the outer curtain wall rod design. The image of the company's headquarters building corresponds to the company's key industry. The gap space between the forms correlates to the surrounding natural landscape resources, forming the building's main entrance, foyer, exhibition hall, and common atrium, resulting in a healthy, comfortable, and high-quality workplace atmosphere. The building has become an eye-catching space landmark on Enbo Avenue with its distinctive streamline shape and facade design, and has also become the identification card of the company and the city, based on study on urban image design along the side of Enbo Avenue.
