At the level of natural landscape, the building is located on the riverside at the high and low tide, and needs to maintain an integrated relationship with the adjacent riverside park; From the level of living space, as the end of the stylistic axis leading to the river, that is, to ensure the openness of the field of vision, the layout is relatively compact, and it should not be too complete and block the continuation of the axis. Therefore, in the design process of the nanjing MCC sales office, the aesthetic intention of "water" is run through the whole process, and the modular building space layout of the partial axis is adopted, which meets the needs of the site.
