OCT Villa

This project is a duplex villa with 500 square meters. The client is an entrepreneur who hopes to create a living space that shows identity, is comfortable, fashionable and luxurious. The designer revolves around four levels: shape, material, color, and lighting. The overall style is more contemporary and simple. Customer like to taste tea, and the space is also fully integrated with the "tea" element, which is elegant and generous.





In terms of space modeling structure, simple lines and geometric block structure are used, and the floors are raised to provide a wide field of vision. In the part of material selection, the designer mainly uses stone, metal, and natural texture of wood trim to collide. Dealing with proportional division and material matching, focusing on material selection, texture combination, and color matching, integrating modern style and texture, the space is rich and clean.





The project feature is a tea tasting area, forming a "dialogue" with the living room. A ray of sunlight falls on the table top, surrounded by tea fragrance, and you can feel the gift of nature to life. The combination of color and lighting sets the basic form of the space, with advanced black and white as the dominant, clear functional division, and the use of hidden storage to make the space more orderly and tidy.





The design of the tea tasting area returns to a natural and comfortable space, and there is an interactive "dialogue" with the living room. A ray of sunlight shines on the tea table, reflecting the strong aroma of tea. The space is dominated by high-grade black and white, which highlights the calm atmosphere of the space and reflects the owner's pursuit of quality of life, so as to achieve the most ideal fashion in the mind of the owner, an elegant, high-quality and comfortable space. Other important elements are a concise sense of space, natural materials, clear geometric outlines of objects, freedom and flexibility of composition, focus on comfort, fashion and functionality of the space, reflecting the personality and lifestyle of the occupants.
