Dongguan Bay Area INTL Manufacturing Center Headquarter

The headquarter project of Dongguan Bay International Manufacturing Center has a total construction area of 160,139.87 square meters. With an emphasis on regional culture and innovative spirit to create a green office environment, the design creates a super Grade A headquarter office space in line with the international business district atmosphere. The project is located in the International Business District of Dongguan City. In order to achieve the objective of harmoniously unifying the roads, landscape and best orientation around the site with a reasonable layout of buildings on a limited site, the design team has combined the traditional Lingnan culture and advanced ceramic smart manufacturing technology by "dividing the mountains" and "creating a garden". In this project, the design team created a new artistic place in the podium space by "dividing the mountains", "creating a garden", combining traditional Lingnan culture and advanced ceramic intelligent manufacturing technology, while the tower uses a simple and modern design language to maintain a strong and harmonious connection with the local context, culture and environment.
