PHOENIX BEGONIA

This is an interior design project for a sales center of property development. The design team has been inspired by the local culture from the “Eight Historic Landscapes of Jiaozuo” and adopted a simple and clean approach to blending natural inspiration with the humanistic heritage to create a dialogue between people and space and realize a symbiotic relationship. As the designer is committed to creating an elegant urban image, the design team has skillfully combined contemporary and artistic aspects to create a warm, comfortable and humanistic experience that will become a new residential benchmark for the area.

Entering the lobby of the main display room’s main entrance, the design team conceptualized the city’s image and created a floating island to create a visual focus in the space. On the other hand, the wall behind the counter is made of cold jadeite stone, with a unique texture outlining the modern era’s luxury and elegance, echoing the space’s tone and opening the prologue. Walking up the spinning staircase, one will notice that the art installations dangle like drops of water, adding a sense of dynamic beauty. Towards the discussion area, a hand-made gradient glass installation drops from the top of the ceiling in an array, exuding an exquisite luxury with its crystal clear texture. In the model room, the warm color tone is set as the primary color scheme and supplemented with black oak, solid glossy lacquer, walnut veneer, titanium-plated metal, leather, etc., to give the space a multi-layered texture of materials.

For the project, the design integrates art into the space in various forms so that everything is harmoniously concealed in the atmosphere, making people feel relaxed, thus letting go of the fatigue and oppression of urban life and enjoying a beautiful spatial experience. With "people-oriented" as the design foundation, modern aesthetics, oriental elements, ecology, and nature collide with art to create a subversion of the traditional sales office type. In the space, guests are expected to be inspired to perceive and interpret the ideal city in their hearts and to imagine and look forward to their future residence.
