Suburban Innovative Office

This is an 231,16 m2 office for a large European logistics company with its own warehouses and a fleet of vehicles. The client is a progressive young man, one of the founders of the company. He liked the studio's style and asked us to implement it in this project. He didn't have a clear vision of the expected results, but among the preferences was a modern, stylish, elegant, but cozy interior.

One of the main wishes was to fit the atmosphere of a luxury hotel into a commercial framework and make the reception area especially expressive, which would impress guests and employees from the very first steps. Globally, the client has completely trusted HILIGHT's experience. Architecture always sets the tone for the overall concept of interior design, continuing in its forms and lines.

We proposed functional solutions based on the layout. It was important for us to create a space, where there are always a lot of people, and social life is seething, — ergonomic enough in usability and spacious enough so no one felt the lack of personal space inherent in ordinary offices. In addition, we understood that the working atmosphere of a modern office should be fueled by beauty and aesthetics so that employees are more motivated and don't feel the pressure of obligations.

To achieve visual balance and a comfortable "temperature" of space, we focused on a combination of warm and cold textures of natural wood, micro cement, various types of porcelain stoneware, and metal. To emphasize the features of each room, we combined the main light with the backlight everywhere. In addition, we added several large-scale decorative zones that not only look creative but also highlight the status of the company in order to get rid of stereotypes about boring office design.
