Cosmopolitan Penthouse

The new completed project — Cosmopolitan Penthouse — that is located in luxurious Alina Residences condo complex in Boca Raton, is the best example of the main designer rule: “The space should reflect the owner”.

This is definitely not a typical “Florida look” we see almost in every Florida home, and that’s exactly what makes this home so unique.

When we got approached by this client, we got fascinated because of the style and the overall feel they wanted in their condo. That was a new building so all of the walls were white and the space was pretty plain, so we knew we had a lot of work ahead of us. The client had a vision of using bright color pops and keeping overall feel classy with a New York vibe, but also still light enough to be in Florida. They brought their own authentic Murano glass vintage chandeliers from New York and that’s when the work began!

Here wallpaper was used to separate the dining room zone from the kitchen and the living room. This created a more defined feel leaving the space open.

Some custom elements such us metal dividing wall were incorporated to allow a little bit of privacy in the media room, but also not to separate it from the main area completely.

Overall, this Boca Raton condo is a perfect combination of smart interior design solutions and personality of the clients that is reflected in every detail of their home. Statement pieces, rich textures, custom-made furniture and unique accessories — these are the reasons we want to look at this design over and over again noticing new exciting details every time.
