Shandomg Sentingchunxiao Community Center

The base is located in Laishan District, Yantai City, Shandong Province. It is at the intersection of Shengquan West Road and the main road, Aokema Street.

On the east side of the base, there is a large urban greenbelt between it and the city's main road, Aokema Avenue.

The surrounding area of the base consists mainly of industrial parks and residential areas, lacking high-quality commercial public spaces, and overall vitality.

Considering the site conditions and the current situation, we hope to create a commercially accessible public plaza at the intersection of the two roads. It can serve as a gathering place for people, providing space for communication and social interaction. At the same time, it can serve as a transitional space between the community and the city, becoming a showcase for the entire community.
