The project is located in Shuangli Village, Mingfeng Town, Yichang City, Hubei Province, and is positioned as a small one-stop urban community complex integrating convenience service, community elderly care service center, leisure and entertainment. The land area is 3004.45 square meters, and the building area is 1419.97 square meters.

In the form of architectural layout, the 6-story arc tower with the functions of community elderly care and convenient service is arranged along the main road, forming an overall, modern and atmospheric image display surface along the street. On the north side of the site, a large step is set and the second floor slab is combined to form a multi-level outdoor open overhead platform facing the landscape, providing a leisure and social activity space for the community.
Therefore. The main task of the design is to exploit the external environment resources to the maximum extent, create an open and shared multi-level and three-dimensional activity space, and set up a modern street image.
