Sea of Clouds

This project is a 1,000-square-meter private seaside villa located in Dapeng, Shenzhen. It adopts modern and simple design techniques to create a residential space that coexists harmoniously with nature. The extreme elegance reflects the designer's extraordinary design techniques and taste.

The designer advocates the concept of "less is more", reduces unnecessary space decoration, adopts natural and flat design techniques, and gives customers the most suitable space design for life.

The project is located by the sea, so the wall is made of spinel powder, which has high hardness. It is also very durable, and is not easily corroded by seawater. The whole house also uses nano-materials to ensure that the whole house materials can be repaired when friction occurs.

The designer uses a warming machine in the kitchen to ensure that the dishes are warm when the owner is cooking and serving dishes, and the cup is also warm instead of cold when drinking water. It is very user-friendly and adds more beautiful experiences to life. The whole house adopts a copper pipe running water system to ensure that the water system remains active during unoccupied periods, creating a healthy family water environment and avoiding the growth of bacteria. Everywhere of the villa shows the designer's dedication to details.

The materials in the space all meet the E0 standard, and are all inorganic, recyclable and environmentally friendly. In order to achieve the purpose of energy saving and emission reduction, the whole house adopts smart-home system, which can intelligently manage the use time of air conditioners, fresh air, floor heating, lighting, curtains and other home appliances according to the needs of daily life.

The designer believes that design is a tool through which the owner's life can be changed, making the space both aesthetically-pleasing and practical, and revealing the beauty of high quality and details between light and shadow.
