LISHUI THE OSMANTHUS GRACE

The practice project is located in Lishui, and the traditional general layout of the plot texture emphasizes the enclosing layout of the courtyard and the sense of symmetry and sequence of the landscape. The overall space has a degree of relaxation, and between the main entrance, the secondary entrance and the building, the most important three contents of the "core" space are placed respectively: core harbor, core post station and core courtyard.

The traditional entrance of the park is only a vestibule, and the local property management is scattered, and the lack of special logistics lines has a great impact on access. In this project, we make use of the north-south slope elevation difference of the site itself to create a dual community hall concept, and introduce various types of businesses into the community, the upper part is dominated by pedestrian flow lines, and the lower part is dominated by vehicle flow lines.

The design of Grand Central Station makes it easier for the owners to return home with a sense of ritual. After taking outside vehicles into the basement, the owner can get off at the drop-off area equipped with a starry roof; Owners drive to the warehouse along the road is full of green scenery, through the courtyard can touch the grass, visible wind and rain.

We also hope that we can assume more social responsibility, give more humanization and convenience to residents, and at the same time provide leisure space for urban service groups, feed the city, create a compound functional space consisting of tree-shaped courtyards, community stations and urban stations, and create a more comfortable and convenient secondary entrance space.
