EKO Intelligent Industrial Park

Intelligent, Modern, Minimalist, Global is the design concept of this project. The park will be centered around intelligent production, focusing on modern architectural design with a simple and elegant style. It aims to create world-class brands, global enterprises and become a leading industrial park in the field of intelligent industries.
The project was divided into three main components: the main buildings, supporting facilities and green landscaping. The main buildings include intelligent factories, office buildings and an exhibition center. Supporting facilities comprise employee dormitories, restaurants, a conference center, a gym, etc., while green landscaping encompasses the entire park.
Intelligent Factories - These employ modern construction materials combined with intelligent systems to achieve automation and intelligence in the production process. The exterior features glass curtain walls to enhance natural lighting and ventilation while maintaining a simple and elegant appearance. The interior layout is rationalized to ensure efficient production processes and precise control through intelligent systems.
Office Buildings - Designed in a minimalist modern style, these buildings feature extensive glass curtain walls to maximize natural light and create a comfortable working environment. The interior layout is well-organized, equipped with advanced office equipment and intelligent systems to enhance employee productivity.
Exhibition Center - Serving as the park's showcase, the exhibition center adopts a minimalist modern style with a facade featuring abundant glass curtain walls. The interior layout is flexible and versatile, suitable for product displays and events.
The interior of the park will feature extensive green landscaping, including gardens, recreational areas and pathways, creating a comfortable working environment. Simultaneously, the use of intelligent systems will achieve energy efficiency and environmental protection within the park, minimizing its impact on the environment.
