The old office building currently undergoing restoration work at a historical site has undergone a magnificent transformation at the Cultural and Creative Industry Expo. It has been converted into a cultural and technological installation titled "Working in Progress X GPU," marking not only a first for the Songshan Cultural and Creative Park but also a rare example in the country of a creation centered around large construction scaffolding.

Scaffolding, fencing, and canvas used in construction projects typically serve as the fundamental structures supporting the construction site, aiming to maintain safety and order during the building process. In the "Working in Progress X GPU" installation, the scaffolding represents the basic structure supporting the future transformation, akin to the crucial role of the GPU, the hardware computational core of AI technology. The construction site at Songshan Cultural and Creative Park serves as both a construction site and a core carrier for computing the future. This installation blends the tangible image of construction scaffolding with light and shadow display equipment, creating a colossal artwork that combines physical and digital elements while embodying a futuristic sci-fi vibe. It transforms the former Air Force battle headquarters and the old office building into a massive AI computing GPU that can engage in dialogue with the universe in the future.
