The project includes four loft apartment buildings, eight serviced apartment buildings, commercial facilities, and other supporting amenities. The enclosed master plan not only isolates urban noise but also establishes a large-scale central park. This strategy frees up more public space, amplifies the project’s urban public attributes, and gives a twist to the sense of tension of a high-density urban area. It constructs an inward, secure, hierarchical, rich, and perceivable daily living space that involves a landscape system with one ring, two axes, four scenes, and five gardens. Activity venues for different age groups are set up to satisfy the needs of children for playing, of young people for socializing, and of seniors for spending their leisure time. In doing so, the project addresses the balance between public and private spaces, urban and domestic lifestyles, and work and personal life, fostering a stronger connection between individuals and the city.

In landscape design, the radiating and layering sequence from the center to the periphery, coupled with techniques that interweave, break and penetrate different layers, eliminate the sense of isolation in a large-scale space and create connections, integration, and changes in that space, enhancing its friendliness. Interwoven tree formations, flowing water, seasonally changing plants, and dynamic art installations contribute to a natural and tranquil abode, providing an escape from the city’s hustle and bustle.

The facades of the buildings blend into the fabric of city streets, contributing to a varying skyline and diverse street fronts.

The high-rise buildings feature a three-section facade with horizontal lines forming the framework, presenting a rhythmic horizontal stretch. Crystal gray glass enclosure shapes the building’s light and delicate volume, resulting in a modern and elegant appearance. Delicate aluminum components sketch fine details on lines and glass, giving the building a refined quality.
