About The Entry

Situated at the economic hub of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area in China, this project masterfully blends an office building with bustling commercial streets, communal leisure space, and a fashion plaza, aiming to redefine an urban work-life balance. It offers an extensive array of services including modern business offices, educational facilities, financial institutions, retail outlets, and hospitality options. The essence of this project lies in its multifunctional design, a result of an ingenious and considerate architectural approach.

Embracing minimalism, the office building radiates a contemporary and upscale ambiance, marked by sleek lines and shimmering, transparent all-glass facades. At the entrance, a striking vertical green wall elegantly cascades down, adding a burst of vitality with its fluid curves and vibrant hue. Inside, the lobby offers an inviting ambiance, defined by a crisp, white palette and further enhanced by the parallel ceiling lights that taper as they reach the wall, infusing the space with a dynamic flair. The office space is dominated by black, white, and gray tones, accented with pops of bright colors, creating a modern and elegantly refined workspace.

Furthermore, this project seeks to foster an open space where leisure, culture, and social interaction seamlessly merge. The commercial streets have been thoughtfully laid out to encompass a diverse range of businesses, thereby elevating the commercial value of this area. Moving beyond the monotonous design often found in conventional office layouts, the communal space encourages more free-flowing interactions among staff. Another highlight of this open space is the fashion plaza, characterized by its distinctive landscape design, comfortable seats, and lush greenery. Collectively, these spaces not only augment the appeal of the building but also redefine it as a lively, human-centered urban landmark.
