Zhuhai Grand Oceanview Hotel

Zhuhai Grand Oceanview Hotel with the total GFA of 62,604 sqm is designed in Lingnan architectural style. After the sufficient research and thinking, the main design concept is inspired by that the project is design in harmony with its surrounding verdant mountains and the blue sea. The project is supported by Shijing Mountain, facing Xianglu Bay, adjacent to Wanghai Pavilion, and overlooking the Grand Theater. It has unique superior landscape resources, which also shoulder the city's responsibility as the pillar of the tourism industry.

Due to a small and irregular site condition, the horizontally curved façade effectively increases the viewing angle for the living rooms equipped with the breezy balconies and the terrace which is followed by the stacking mountain. The design aims to represent the design language in the leisure and flexible mode.

By the use of lattice modeling of classical southern gantry-style, large areas of transparent glass and row-by-row gardening of Lingnan style, the project resolves the impact from the adjacent busty roads. While implying local cultural and historical characteristics, it minimizes the impact of architecture opposed against the nature.
