THE GROWTH OF A SEED
The project is located in Changsha Longping New District, a place where high-end scientific elites gather.
By the name of Urban Ecological Aesthetics Pavilion, the project blends with nature in the rich texture of Changsha, capturing the intimate relationship between human and nature. Trying to present a visual reverie and interpreting the transcendent wisdom of natural ecology. Combining nature, contemporary and art, this project explores an artistic aesthetic space which will leads an eco-friendly lifestyle in the future.
The reception area is presented by the theme of crystal gift boxes. A giant seeds wall installation is artistically designed for this project, responding to the geographical background of the Longping New District.
The idea of the seed wall is "Nature - Cyclic Ecological Dream", which traces outlook of the growth of plants such as herbs, wood and vines, telling the inspiration from the art of biodiversity to revive the meaning of originality.
The leaves installation above the sand box is composed of crystals, presenting a natural yet artistic form. The theme of the negotiation area is "Whispering with Spring". There we combine the function of negotiations with decoration art. Creatively adding the bookshelves to the curving sofa. The coffee table artistically frames the blooming flowers and their stretching branches, adding artistic details to the space. The "Butterfly Dance in Search of Dreams" installation in the corridor abstractly presents the relationship between art and nature.
