“Sublime” embodies a vision where classical aesthetics converge with contemporary functionality, offering a retreat for a family navigating the complexities of urban life. We curated a cohesive living space that fosters familial intimacy and rejuvenation by infusing neoclassical influences into an open-plan layout. Each room is designed to balance elegance and functionality, assuring the use of environmentally friendly materials in a dynamic home where nature meets modern conveniences. It is our mission to maintain sustainable techniques without sacrificing flair.

The client sought to alleviate work stress with a preference for classical styles featuring metal materials and openness. To achieve an open layout, non-load-bearing barriers were removed, revealing neoclassical influences. The family, consisting of a husband who enjoys reading, a wife fond of movies and baths, and a son who loves slides and camping, influenced each level's design. The five-story house includes spaces for parent-child activities, living and dining, a master bedroom, children's play, and a study, all fostering family interaction. A high-speed elevator and advanced surveillance ensure convenience and privacy. The design integrates eco-friendly materials and smart technologies aligned with ESG and SDG principles, featuring blue-themed public areas with marble, metal, and glass accents, wave-shaped ceilings creating a sky and cloud-like illusion, and streamlined rectangular lines enhancing spatial perception. Diverse lighting creates varied atmospheres, while the study showcases antique carved glass and titanium-coated metal pieces. The client was highly satisfied, with the barrier-free design accommodating elderly mobility and meeting family needs for heritage, education, entertainment, and leisure seamlessly.
