Simplot Shanghai Office

Simplot Shanghai Office, covering an area of 437 square meters, was designed for Simplot (China) Food Co., Ltd. The design is guided by the "Maillard style," which combines various shades of brown with khaki and off-white tones to create a warm and comfortable office environment. This style draws inspiration from the Maillard reaction in cooking, infusing the office space with vitality and energy through layered brown tones.

In terms of layout, the office is flexible and adaptable. Folding partitions effectively integrate the reception area with the research and development center, ensuring the needs of independent functional spaces while allowing the area to transform into a large open space when necessary for product displays and training activities. The pantry is connected to the open office area, making communication convenient and leaving room for future expansion.

To adhere to ESG principles, eco-friendly materials were selected, such as SPC stone-plastic flooring and LG film, which ensure a low-carbon, healthy, and sustainable space. These materials not only allow for quick installation but also offer durability and aesthetic appeal, reflecting the company's commitment to sustainable development.
