The unique "Galaxy Black Lacquer" look is crafted in a dust-free workshop, with the black lacquer made from special materials to highlight gloss and texture, overcoming the inherent issues of sand grains and lint absorption in black lacquer.

In terms of material, it uses a premium high-density carbon fiber material "46T Carbon" which is lightweight, extremely sensitive with quick vibration decay, offering strong rigidity and torsional resistance. The "Fluid Tight Frame Design" thickens the sides, enhancing rigidity and significantly improving the racket's elastic performance. The racket face is reduced by about 5%, concentrating the impact force on the sweet spot, increasing comfort and surface pressure during swings, reducing air resistance, and providing high rebound for strikes. The "360° Even Elasticity Coreless Grinding Shaft" is manufactured with high-precision machinery, ensuring uniform wall thickness and high vertical accuracy.

Manufacturing-wise, an innovative PU foaming process places high-molecular foam material into the carbon fiber roll, which expands spontaneously at high temperatures, replacing traditional air pressure molding. This method tightens the combination of carbon fibers in the racket. In terms of exterior processing, while conventional water labels can produce 2 rackets, "Traverse Galaxy" can produce 4 to 5 ones, reducing water label material consumption by 60%. Improved paint spray gun design and refined color matching have reduced the painting production process by 50% and paint consumption by 30%.
