The lighting design for Xu Wei's *Infinite Light* concert embraces the concepts of emotional connection, freedom, and a fusion of modernity and classicism. Through dynamic light displays, emotional resonance, and innovative layouts, it beautifully embodies the profound essence of *Infinite Light*, delivering an unforgettable visual and auditory feast for the audience.

One of the core elements of the lighting design is to create a bridge between the stage and the audience. The large-scale laser installation, “Kaleidoscope,” runs throughout the performance, extending beams of light to every attendee, vividly conveying the concert’s central theme of *Infinite Light*.

The stage features 26 freely moving track lights and numerically controlled light rigs, symbolizing the idea that “light should not be confined.” These lights move gracefully across the stage, dancing in harmony with the rhythm and mood of the music, providing a visually striking and immersive experience.

The lighting design is closely aligned with the emotional undertones of each song. By adjusting the colors and brightness of the lights, the emotions of each piece are further amplified, enriching the atmosphere and allowing the audience to deeply connect with the music's soul.

The stage backdrop utilizes a more translucent “ice screen” material, distinct from traditional LED screens, making the track lights behind it clearly visible. This combination of reality and illusion creates a cinematic panorama, particularly during performances like Voyage.

Breaking away from the traditional “triangle” LED layout, the design uses a visually integrated approach to make the performance area appear closer to the audience. This immersive configuration fosters a sense of intimacy and deeper engagement, allowing the audience to feel truly connected to the music.
