"Hualien Pacific Hot Spring Festival" is an enchanting annual celebration hosted by the Hualien County Government. It showcases the region's natural wonders and cultural charm. At its heart are the renowned hot springs, brought to life through mesmerizing themed art and luminous light installations that cast a warm glow over Hualien's winter nights.

The festival highlights two exceptional hot spring areas in Hualien: Ruisui and Antong, each with a unique allure. The Ruisui Gold Hero Spring and Antong Silver Beauty Spring owe their poetic names to the distinct minerals and colors that define them. For the first time, the festival adopts the imagery of a hero and beauty as its primary visual design. The characters are illustrated with minimalist styling, using clean lines and soft colors to represent the hot springs in two key areas of Hualien. Their interaction conveys the romantic and therapeutic ambiance of the hot springs. The flowers in the beauty's hair and the petals in the hero's hand emphasize the festival's nature and floral themes.

For the first time, this year's festival incorporates print patterns into its main visuals, blending local elements from Ruisui and Antong. The patterns feature symbols of hot springs, water flows, mineral flowers, Antong cherry blossoms, local daylilies, rice, noodles, Indigenous musical notes, Ruisui honey-scented black tea, Wuhe coffee, pomelos, milk, and more. The diverse shapes and symmetrical designs create a visually engaging and playful aesthetic, highlighting the festival's multi-sensory experience. The use of gold and silver colors addresses the color of hot spring features.

The event logotype combines traditional and modern font styles incorporating water ripple images, echoing the connection between Hualien's hot springs and the Pacific Ocean.
