About The Entry

This project aims to create a workplace where two different companies merge and start anew as a single entity.

Employees who have worked in distinct corporate cultures will come together to solve shared challenges and achieve sustainable growth through co-creation.

The workplace is designed around three core concepts:

1,Experience

We will create a space equipped with diverse features to provide unique experiences that can only be found in this workplace. The goal is to foster an environment where employees are constantly inspired, gaining new insights and learning opportunities in their daily work.

2,Engagement

We will build a place where teamwork thrives, and individuals and the organization can naturally connect. By promoting collaboration among employees, we aim to create a sense of unity and shared purpose toward common goals.

3,Socializing

We will introduce mechanisms that encourage casual interactions and help employees build trust with one another. The goal is to cultivate a culture where people from different backgrounds can understand and respect each other.

Through these concepts, we aim to create more than just an office—we envision a platform where employees can grow, innovate, and thrive together.
