The Tianjin 764 Factory Renovation project is located at the intersection of two key cultur-al and academic hubs: the historic Ancient Cultural Street to the west and Nankai University Town to the east. Embracing an "industrial heritage +" model, the initiative seeks to rede-fine urban space value and exemplify industrial-city integration.

Founded in 1949, the site features historic red brick and wooden structures that reflect a rich cultural legacy. Our design concept leverages this heritage through the "HELLO City" philosophy, emphasizing Hospitality (H), Link (L), Life (L), Eco (E), and Culture. This holis-tic approach creates a vibrant urban ecosystem, including premium office complex, cultural and creative hub, community life center, and family-friendly ecological sports park.

Emphasizing renewal and vitality, the design addresses diverse community needs while promoting sustainable development within this urban oasis. Notably, the 764 Factory was the first facility in New China to engage in radio communications. Our design draws inspira-tion from cutting-edge communication technology "Halow," seamlessly aligning with the factory's original vision and reinforcing the "Hello + Work" concept. This project represents more than mere transformation; it is a journey of change aimed at creating a more inter-connected, vibrant, and functional urban complex.
